What this form collects
Your name, mobile phone, email, Texas license status and number, your experience and individual closed-transaction range, where your clients come from, your current brokerage type and CRM, the areas you can serve, weekly availability, how you handle leads, your biggest challenge, how you heard about us, application timing and acknowledgment. A campaign label may identify which recruiting invitation brought you here. We also use a temporary security cookie and a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit abuse.
How it is used
The Bauer Group recruiting team uses this information to review your application, verify professional eligibility, arrange conversations and record the recruiting decision. Applications are reviewed by people. Submitting does not authorize unrelated marketing or automated texts.
Who can access it
Authorized recruiting staff and the technology providers operating this site and its secure storage. Application records are not published or made available to other applicants. We do not sell application information.
Your choices
You may ask to correct your information, withdraw your application, stop further recruiting contact or request deletion. Contact The Bauer Group through the official brokerage website and identify the request as an agent recruiting privacy request. We may need to verify your identity. Minimal restriction records may be retained to honor a no-contact request.
Retention and security
Records are retained for recruiting follow-up and applicable business or legal requirements, then reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Access is limited to authorized staff. Please do not submit client data, identification documents, financial account details or other sensitive personal information.
Other services
Links to the brokerage website and social platforms have their own privacy practices. This application does not book a meeting or send automated marketing messages. If a separate scheduling tool is used later, its collection and privacy information will be shown at that step.
